HR Administration
Processing of documentation for new starters, leavers and variations to contracts ensuring contracts/letters are prepared within the statutory period.
Processing of documentation for Maternity/Paternity/Adoption leave requests and completion of statutory letters required.
Processing of any unpaid leave of absence requests.
Electronic copies of contracts and variation letters sent to the appropriate named contact (as agreed) for distribution.
Review all payroll notification forms or spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and any risk is minimised to the school. This will reduce payroll errors and additional charges to the school of any late payments and amendments.
To ensure all information on the payroll notifications are in line with national terms and conditions and any local agreements in place.
Ensure documentation is received by the Payroll Provider by the payroll deadline set
